Thank you for considering The Whitfield Exchange to consign your items. We appreciate you taking just a few short moments to read about our policies & procedures for consigning at THE WHITFIELD EXCHANGE.

 

Our Policy

We offer a 90-day contract, with a 45/55 split. There is a one-time fee of $5 to become a new consignor, which covers the application and paperwork processing. We offer pick-up (and Delivery!) for a nominal fee. Pricing is set by The Whitfield Exchange; please provide any information such as manufacturer, age and history of the piece which aid us in determining the sale price.

 

What type of things can I consign?

We accept gently used furniture & home accessories on consignment. ALL items must come to us in ‘ready to sell’ condition. This means clean it, paint it, shine it, pretty it up! No scratches, rips, tears, chunks missing etc. We hold our consignments to a high quality standard…so please check your items for scratches, stains or wear.

How do i Sign Up

Once you decide to become a consignor, call (or email) to make your first appointment! We’ll review the contract terms with you in greater detail, and have you sign your contract, providing you with a copy for your records. We look forward to developing a successful selling relationship with you!
